Pay the $950 design fee separately in-store to begin the design package.

Receive floor plans and a 3D walkthrough for your selected direction.

Approve design

Sign off on the final design package, then purchase the modular home on eBay or by escrow.

Production

Your unit is built and prepared in-factory.

Freight

Flat-pack shipping and delivery to your site.
